He brings years of experience engineering buildings with unique challenges — finding innovative approaches while tying off to proven design practices.
What sets Ayan apart is his collaborative instinct. He'll pick up the phone to talk through the design approach, sequencing, and constructability with contractors, making sure the solution is not just structurally sound, but practical and cost-effective to build.
