Ayan founded Lattice having an eye for design and a commitment to exceeding the client's expectations. He brings several years of experience in the commercial industry engineering residential to mid-rise steel and concrete structures with unique challenges, finding innovative approaches while tying off to proven design practices.
What sets Ayan apart is his collaborative instinct. He'll pick up the phone to talk through the design approach, sequencing, and constructability with contractors, making sure the solution is not just structurally sound, but practical and cost-effective to build.
